Today's Theme: "Shadows"
Grrr. It is a cold and rainy day with diffused light ... not a shadow to be found. My commitment has been to create an image on the day I get the theme and use a subject I find in nature. How does one find shadows in nature on a rainy, dreary day? Sigh.

Today's Theme: "Blue"
Damn, another grey and dismal rainy, cold day. No blue to be had where normally there are astoundingly beautiful blues before sunrise and just after sunset. So I had to settle for a closeup of the blue wing patch on a male mallard. Sigh.

Dots everywhere, thouigh few natural and fewer still striking. Sigh.

Today's Theme: "Movement"
Not all blurry images are bad. I would have liked a bit more definition in the birds, but only a touch. Shutter speed was 1/10 sec, 1/30 would have been better.

Today's Theme: "Bedhead"
Had to skip this day. I can't imagine a serious image coming from this theme. Lots of fun images posted on the advent facebook page though.
